<li>Follow the rules : Yes, whether writing a post or your english exam paper one should follow the rules of grammar and punctuation and so on. You will see that many blogger don't bother about these punctuation marks and paragraph break. But you will notice that the best-and most well-written-blogs do follow these rules. Its it quite simple that there exist two types of visitors(readers). One that can differentiate between grammatically correct posts and one that just care about the information provided by the blog paying no attention to the full stops, comma etc. But what about the part of readership that care about these things ... Poor writing skills will be put-off.</li>

Another exception is that it’s not really necessary to mark every change, e.g. when you fix a typo somewhere in the text, or when you just posted 10 seconds ago. Not every post needs an image, etc. etc. And sometimes, breaking the rule is a conscious style element (e.g. this style oflinking – not sure if it has a name – intentionally breaks rule #3).</li>
